Our story began with a Mexican food truck in 1987. Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico- our family immigrated to Vallejo, California to seek more opportunity and a better life. Over the years, we have enjoyed bringing our authentic dishes to local communities from California to Utah. Our delicious family recipes have been passed down for decades. We take pride in the quality of our food and love bringing others together with our original salsas, seasoned meats, and handmade quesadillas and huaraches.
